The owner went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, offering us a complimentary upgrade to a stunning sea-view room with a terrace that provided breathtaking views of Catba Harbor. Not only did the room feature excellent air conditioning, but it was also impeccably soundproofed, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's garden furniture on the terrace was a lovely touch, perfect for enjoying a cup of Guna Tea Coffee while taking in the picturesque surroundings. The personalized attention to detail, such as the ironing facilities available upon request, truly showcased the dedication of the staff to make our experience exceptional. The central location of the hotel made it convenient for evening plans, with charming cafes and restaurants just a short stroll away, like Bamboo Cafe and Mona Restaurant.Phuong Mai Family stands out as a gem in Cat Ba, offering not only a comfortable stay but also a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immerses guests in the beauty of the island.
